Nuui Cunni Native American Intertribal Cultural Center in Lake Isabella, California, is a museum and cultural center devoted to the Native peoples of the San Joaquin Valley and the promotion of their culture. Established in 1992 and completed in 1997 through the work of Patricia Henry of the Kern River Paiute Council, it is owned by the United States Forest Service and operated by the council. Its exhibits include artifacts from Shoshone Paiute, Tübatulabal, and Kawaiisu communities, along with a library and gift shop. The grounds feature native California plants, a sweat lodge, a tule hut, a prayer garden, and a memorial to the 1863 Keyesville massacre, while classes sustain ongoing cultural practice.
