This building is dedicated to the memory of the gallant officers and men of the Armed Forces of the United States who gave their lives that others might live with freedom from want, freedom from fear, and freedom from oppression, and honors their sacrifice with a prayer that they rest in peace and with the declaration that greater love hath no man than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
