Hoverhome and Hover Farmstead in Longmont, Colorado, preserves the heart of a Hover family property that united a working farm with a substantial Tudor Revival residence. The site includes an 1893 farmhouse, farm buildings dating largely from the early 1900s after Charles Hover acquired the property, and the 1913–1914 Hoverhome built for Charles Lewis Hover and his family. Designed by Robert S. Roeschlaub and Frank S. Roeschlaub, the house stands amid barns, silos, a creamery, garages, and landscaped grounds shaped by Katherine and Beatrice Hover. Its importance lies in its agricultural history, its ties to Charles Hover, and the architecture of both home and farm buildings.
