On January 22, 1899, 18 men met to establish a German Evangelical congregation in Pleasant Prairie Township. On July 9, 1899, the church was dedicated. In 1934, the Evangelical and Reformed churches merged. In 1957, the Evangelical and Reformed merged with Congregational Christian, resulting in the present name of St. Paul's United Church of Christ. The church fulfilled its mission in 2002 with membership of 24.
