The Village of Hagaman honored and remembered its sons and daughters who served their country in World War I from 1917 to 1918, World War II from 1941 to 1945, the Korean War from June 27, 1950, to Jan 31, 1955, the Vietnam War from Feb 28, 1961, to Aug 31, 1964, and in the Vietnam Combat Zone from Aug 5, 1964, to May 7, 1975, as well as the Persian Gulf War beginning Aug 2, 1990, affirming that those who served cared and those who did not return sacrificed.
