Shaffer Mountain is a 2,054-meter peak in the Skedaddle Mountains of southeastern Lassen County, California, about 7.6 kilometers north-northeast of Litchfield. In northeastern California’s high desert landscape, its summit serves both as a natural landmark and a practical communications site, with multiple cell towers accessible by dirt road.
