Thyatira Presbyterian Church at Mill Bridge is a congregation whose earliest recorded date is January 1, 1753. The present building, the fourth house of worship of this congregation, was completed in 1860. A stone was placed in 1930, and the church was placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of Interior in 1984.
