Brothers Robert D., Glenn W., and James E. Tester, sons of Millard and Eliza Tester, grew up a mile north of New Victory in Tennessee and served their country during World War II. All three gave their lives in the European Theatre of War, and their remains are buried side by side in Henri-Chappelle Military Cemetery in Belgium.
