The Brunner Building was used by Doubec and Hawkins from 1907 to 1915, Sisk Hardware and Grocery from 1916 to 1955, Beall's Department Store from 1955 to 1967, Brady's Floral Shop from 1967 to 2000, and the Mustard Seed under Melvin and Deborah Pennington from 2002 to the present. Its owners are Mae Brunner and heirs, Melvin and Deborah Pennington is the present owner, and it was designated a Landmark Building on December 12, 2004.
