A reproduction of the wagons used by the Mormon Settlement traveled from Omaha, Nebraska, to Salt Lake City, Utah, over the entire trail in 1997 during the sesquicentennial re-creation of the settlement. Vern and Carol Condie navigated the wagon, the Beaver County Travel Council sponsored the journey, and two mules, Ruth and Ruby, pulled it 1000 miles over a trip that took three months.
