People involved with the Ludlow tragedy recalled the harsh lives of striking miners and their families, the solidarity of the tent colony’s many nationalities, the role of Colorado Fuel and Iron and John D. Rockefeller in the industry, and the suffering, provocation, fire, and destruction that marked the strike and its aftermath in 1913-14 and 1914.
