The Charles A. Bertolino Building is a two-story stucco commercial building constructed in 1922 and originally owned by Charles A. Bertolino. Its main level interior was divided to allow for two separate businesses, with the Athens Restaurant, operated by John Botauakis, on the north side and the Krissman Shoe Shop, operated by John Krissman, on the south side. Rooms on the second story were rented by Union Pacific Railway workers. In 1943 Kenneth L. Mower purchased the building for use as a laundry. In 1965 the Mutual Furniture and Hardware Company purchased it for use as storage space. In 1994 Pineau S. and David E. Nielsen purchased the building and opened a tumbling and trampoline gym.
