Gustine Memorial Swimming Pool was dedicated to the men and women of this community who served their nation during World War II. The Gustine Recreation Commission included N.D. Zappettini as chairman, Leo Bizzini, Joseph Caldeira, Dan ??alatro, Guido Pometto, Harry Schmidt, and William Woods, and Roy Kruger was the contractor in 1953.
