The Bushnell Rock Member is a geologic unit in Oregon within the Lookingglass Formation beneath Lookingglass Valley in Douglas County. Named in 1974 by University of Oregon geologist Ewart M. Baldwin for Bushnell Rock, an exposed outcrop, it is a basal conglomerate with rare sandstone beds. It was deposited by an onlapping sea that began in the Paleocene, although most of the unit formed in the early Eocene. Its conglomerate is made chiefly of sedimentary rock fragments, with lesser metamorphic and volcanic pieces, in quartz- and feldspar-rich sand. Limited exposures leave its full thickness uncertain, ranging from at least 5 meters in one section to perhaps about 100 meters near the Olalla Creek Member.
