The Chapel of the Four Chaplains is dedicated in memory of Cav. Paolo Recchia, president and founder from 1982 to 2010 of the Italian Navy Veterans Association of Philadelphia, A.N.M.I. Gruppo Giovanni Caboto di Filadelfia.
