Albert J. Behlmann was president of the Albert J. and Mark A. Behlmann Association. In 1953, Al married Elizabeth Schmidt from Ferguson, and they raised eight children together. His life was full of volunteering, and he was a lifetime blood donor, a member of Sacred Heart and Saint Norbert’s Catholic Church, a member of Friends of Palatine, and belonged to the Florissant Rotary Club, the Greater North County Chamber of Commerce, and North County Incorporated. With a strong desire to see the Florissant community grow, he developed multiple Florissant enterprises. Al loved his family, God, his community, and golf.
