Citizens of Luzerne erected this memorial in 1921 in honor of the community’s World War veterans, including a roll of honored dead naming Leo Cullen, Frank Deguzis, Charles Kmicic, William Mozes, Peter Racazulis, Edwin Raub, and Paul Savitsky, and an honor roll of veterans listing the many local men who served.
