Spring River is a short stream in Township 16, MD, in Hancock County, Maine. It begins at the outflow of Narraguagus Lake and runs about 4.0 miles northeast to meet the West Branch Narraguagus River. Though small, it is part of the local drainage network connecting Narraguagus Lake to the broader Narraguagus watershed, following a simple course from the lake outlet to its downstream confluence with the West Branch.
