An early twentieth century view shows Willow Street looking east toward Dock Street with the trolley tracks of the Union Traction Company of Pottsville running through the dirt street. Willow Street was the first street in Schuylkill Haven entered by the trolley. In the distance, the Pennsylvania Railroad station on Haven Street is visible. A favorite car was the Highball, an open air car that ran in summer and carried patrons from Schuylkill Haven to Adamsdale Park.
