Wells Fargo Express occupied the building from 1910 to 1925, followed by Teet's Jewelry from 1925 to 1980 and Bailey Mercantile thereafter. Sue N. and R.G. (Jerry) Bailey were the owners from 1996 to the present, and the building was designated a Landmark Building on April 20, 1998.
