In honored memory of those who served our country, this memorial recalls those who gave their today for our tomorrow. It was dedicated by veterans, fraternal and civic organizations, and the people of Madison County in remembrance of those who served, including Geo H Hockett American Legion Post 127 and Auxiliary Unit 127, from “U.S.S. Indiana,” on November 11, 1962.
