Columbia's third and final train depot served passengers and freight until passenger train service ended on October 14, 1958, when the last north and south runs of the Gulf Coast Rebel passed through Columbia. The depot was demolished in 1973. Columbia's original depot stood on the southwest corner of Rueck Rd., and the second depot was located directly across the tracks from this site.
