Built in 1940 by the Works Project Administration (WPA), this building was a cornerstone of the city and initially housed the Brundidge City Hall, Police Department, and Jail. It features decorative brickwork and eagle inlays. In 1990, the building's interior was destroyed by fire. After necessary renovations, it became home to the "We Piddle Around" theatre in 2004. It was listed in the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage on September 12, 2019.
