First Parsonage, East Parish
Faith
The first parsonage for East Parish in East Attleborough was built in 1822 at what was 41 South Main Street for the East Parish Church's third minister, Rev. John Ferguson. Rev. Ferguson lived here with his wife and eleven children for thirteen years. Moses Wilmarth was the next owner, and it eventually became the homestead of Joseph W. Capron. After 1945, it was used as an apartment building until the property was converted to a parking area after the house was razed on November 27, 1998.
