The Zehner Building was built in 1896 by Edwin Zehner Sr. It housed a furniture store and undertaking business operated with his sons, Alfred and Edwin Jr. In the 1960s it was a Western Auto store, and in 2021 it was restored by Rice Pegher Capital.
