The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Station was built in 1883 - 1884, designed by architect E. Francis Baldwin, presented to the Town of Sykesville in 1989 by Douglas F. and Martha C. Crist and Farm and Home Service, Inc., and restored by the Town of Sykesville in cooperation with the Maryland Historical Trust.
