It names Herman Kent and Herman Faulkner; Kermit Miller, Harold Lind, Harry l. Seekins, Boon Takagi, Cyrus M. Greiner, Gilbert Yasher II, Howard A. Wheeler, and Ronald H. Ramsey; William H. Lawson and Jules T. Bouckhuyt; John F. Barry, Thomas J. Swanson, Merle F. Butler II, and Randall J. Gustafson; Thomas G. Stone; J.C. Matteson and Charles Steven Cooper Jr.; and Lance Corporal Aaron M. Swanson. It also honors Task Force 2~2 Scouts and remembers DOC SSGT Tyler D. Prewitt, killed in action in Muqdadiyah, Iraq, CSM Steven W. Faulkenburg, LT Edward D. Iwan, CPT Sean P. Sims, and SSGT James C. Matteson. It further recalls J.C. Matteson and the soldiers of Army 2nd Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division who were killed in action in the Battle of Fallujah, Iraq, in November 2004, and closes with a tribute that places scouts first after the price they paid in hell.
