The Boy Scouts of America dedicated this replica of the Statue of Liberty, with the faith and courage of their forefathers who made possible the freedom of these United States, as a pledge of everlasting fidelity and loyalty during a 40th Anniversary Crusade to strengthen the arm of liberty. It was presented to Troop No. 86, Pony Express District, Coronado Council, Boy Scouts of America, by Eagle Scout Jack Wayland and Eagle Scout Mike Wayland.
