Butte County High Point is a mountain summit on Robert Jenkins Ridge in the northern Sierra Nevada, where the Butte and Plumas county line crosses the crest. Rising about 7,124 feet above sea level, it stands near Lost Lake and Humboldt Peak within Lassen National Forest. The site lies close to the Pacific Crest Trail and is accessed by Mary’s Trail. Its high elevation brings substantial winter snowfall, making it a notable high-country point in this part of northern California.
