Hinchliffe Stadium was home of the N.Y. Black Yankees and the N.Y. Cubans, and it is associated with Larry Doby, Paterson Eastside H.S., a state football champion, the first African American in the American League, an MLB Hall of Famer, and Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park.
