The Tribune Building was built by Frank Hawkins and Carey Smith, Sr. It housed the Tribune Printing Company, the Bay City Daily Tribune from 1915 to 1969, V&M Printing from 1969 to 1987, Cox Printing from 1987 to 2005, and Dr. and Mrs. Victa J. Edwards from 2014 to the present. It was designated as a Landmark Building in 2018.
