Lowe, Benjamen Beasley, and David Austin Rees; World War 1 servicemen John Harbaum, Albert Justice, Phalus Moran, and Warren Smith; and those honored for 1940 - 1970, Clayton Philips Andrews, Charles Curtis Moberly, Marvin Alcorn, Ralph Richardson, Lowell Ballinger, Ned Sebert Leslie Boling, William Richard Slough, Gregory Brown, Adolph Willeford, James Colley, Harold Wagers, William Manson Laney Jr., Charles Napier, Edward Leibolt, Dennis McGhee, Wallace Little, Philip Wysong, and Eugene McCoy.
