After damage from 2005 floods, this “S” Bridge was restored with assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Ohio Emergency Management Agency, Ohio State Historical Office, and the Guernsey County Engineer. The bridge possesses exceptional value in illustrating and commemorating the history of the pioneers of Guernsey County.
