Early settlers of Jacobs Church and Revolutionary soldiers are buried here, including men from the 5th Battalion Berks County Militia, the 6th Battalion Berks County Militia, the 1st Battalion Lancaster County Militia, the Northampton Militia, the 4th Battalion Berks County Militia, the 2nd Battalion Berks County Militia, and the 1st Battalion Berks County Militia, as well as a Berks County Militia wagon master general.
