Dedicated on May 16, 1985, in Washington County, Pennsylvania, to those who served, those who died, and those missing in Korea and Vietnam, with gratitude and thanks. It also honors the men and women who served to ever protect the cause of all freedoms, including freedom of speech and religion, and freedom from want and fear, and declares that these dead shall not have died in vain. It is also in memory of Josephine Greco Manese and was erected by her husband Paul Manese in 1988.
