One of the last ox-drawn or mule-drawn carts used to skid logs from the forests to the railroad, this slip-tongue, high-wheel cart was built in 1950 for W. T. Carter and Brother, a lumber firm, and was replaced in 1951 by tractor-powered equipment, making it a relic of early logging methods.
