This honors those who served in the Great World War and preserves the memory of those from Miami Township who made the supreme sacrifice in 1917-1918, naming the township's Gold Star Roll as Alonzo W. Ballinger, Emmet Boldman, John N. Catrow, Thomas A. Eagle, Edwin E. Folk, Dean F. Fry, Everett Galaspe, Albert Henry, Henry Hughes, Orvil Johnson, Clarence E. Jones, Benjamin C. Karpur, and Malcolm Kline.
