Winton Woods is a major regional park in Cincinnati’s northern suburbs, spanning Springfield Township and Greenhills and serving as the headquarters of Great Parks of Hamilton County. Covering more than 2,500 acres, it is the system’s second-largest park and was the second one established in the district. Centered on Winton Lake, the park offers boating facilities including a harbor, boathouse, and visitor center, along with paddleboat and canoe use. It also includes picnic and camping areas, trails, disc golf, basketball courts, and an equestrian trail. Its scale and wide variety of outdoor activities have made it an important public green space in the Cincinnati area.
