Kopp-Meager Barn was built circa 1933 by Robert Kopp for his farm, formerly owned by the Hall-Dunning family. It was adapted for office use in 1989 by James Robbins for David R. Meager, who had been the owner since 1978, and it was designated a Malta landmark in 1994.
