The NASA Goddard Space Flight Center’s Wallops Flight Facility was established in 1945 and is one of the oldest launch ranges in the country. It has played a role in aeronautical and space research, and today Wallops manages NASA’s suborbital vehicles program using sounding rockets, balloons, and aircraft for scientific research worldwide. NASA’s past, present, and future projects are also presented here.
