Harrison Lake State Park in northwestern Ohio is a 142-acre public recreation area centered on 95-acre Harrison Lake, a shallow reservoir formed in 1939 by damming Mill Creek, a tributary of the Tiffin River. Located about three miles southwest of Fayette, the property passed to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources in 1950 for development as a state park. It is now dedicated to quiet outdoor recreation, featuring a 3.5-mile trail around the lake, a swimming beach, and a campground. The lake also supports fish such as bluegill, channel catfish, largemouth bass, white crappie, and bullhead.
