Pomona State Park is a Kansas state park on the south shore of Pomona Lake, northeast of Vassar. Formerly known as Vassar State Park, it serves as a major public recreation area on the lake, organized around camping and water access. The park includes about a dozen campgrounds and roughly 350 modern and primitive campsites, along with a full-service marina for boating. It also offers places for swimming, hiking, and picnicking, making it one of the lake’s principal destinations for outdoor recreation.
