Charles Dean Oliver served as a Builder 3rd Class in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War with U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Nine in Da Nang, Vietnam. He enlisted on 25 Mar 1964 at Brooklyn, NY, was deferred to Reserve Duty on 3 Dec 1965 at Utica, NY, and was honorably discharged on 21 Aug 1967.
