The Millen Fountain was originally located in the lobby of the Estelle Hotel, which was constructed in 1912 on Gray Street in Millen, Georgia. Through the generosity of several local citizens, the Jenkins County Development Authority obtained the fountain for the Olde Freight Depot Garden on Cotton Avenue.
