Chandler Brick Paving was built in 1910 - 1911 under Mayors J. A. McLaughlin, H. C. McGoughy, and A. B. Oleson, with Street Commissioners H. C. Tuttle in 1910 and D. D. Landsaw in 1911, and it was dedicated as a historical site in October 1978.
