Boarman's Manor was granted in 1674 to William Boarman Esq. with royal courts, perquisites, profits of courts, and other privileges and immunities belonging to manors in England. By proprietary patent, Lord Baltimore granted the prerogatives of Court Baron and all things belonging thereunto.
