Hardman Veterans Memorial Park is a living memorial to the veterans of Osborne County who served valiantly in all wars, inviting those who enjoy its facilities in peace to pause for thought and meditation on the sacrifices made to ensure that right. The land for the park was donated by Mrs. Dwight Hardman as a memorial to Dwight H. Hardman, 1897-1955, Lt. Comm. U.S.N. Ret., a veteran of World Wars I and II.
