Bennett Hill House
History
The Bennett Hill House was built in 1821 by Wm. C. Hewitt for Wm. Chapman. In 1834, Rushmore Bennett began an apple and sheep farm there. From the 1890s through the 1920s, it served as a summer boarding house.
