Willow Hill Covered Bridge in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, carries a road over Miller’s Run near U.S. Route 30. The 93-foot bridge now standing there was built in 1962 by Roy Zimmerman as a reconstruction using parts from two earlier covered bridges, Miller’s Farm Covered Bridge of 1871 and Good’s Fording Covered Bridge of 1855. With its single span, wooden double Burr arch trusses, steel hanger rods, and traditional red exterior, it reflects the county’s familiar covered-bridge appearance. Though not an original 19th-century structure and therefore not on the National Register of Historic Places, it preserves material from older spans and remains part of Lancaster County’s covered-bridge heritage.
