The Jack Lamberson House in Oskaloosa, Iowa, is a historic Frank Lloyd Wright residence and one of seven Usonian houses in the state, as well as one of two built in the city. Completed in 1951, it is notable among Iowa’s Usonians for its extensive use of 60- and 120-degree angles, which give it a distinctive geometric character. Its low, sweeping pitched roof creates a larger visual impression despite the house being the second smallest of Iowa’s Usonian homes. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, it is an important example of Wright’s small-scale residential design in Iowa.
